The Community Advisory Panel (CAP) was established to foster communication about the ongoing operations at the oil field and to allow the community representatives to provide input to the County and the operator. Panelists on the CAP serve in a representative capacity and all meetings are open to the public. Bylaws were created and approved by the CAP on June 25, 2009.

Monthly CAP meetings are normally held on the 4th Thursday of each month, unless otherwise stated below. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
