HISTORIC PRESERVATION PROJECTS
Historic preservation projects include Historic Context Statements (HCSes) and historic resource surveys (surveys). A HCS is a document that identifies the important themes relevant to the history and development of the built environment of a specific geographic area and provides the survey registration requirements. Surveys identify properties that are eligible for listing individually or as districts on the National, State or County registers.
