The Housing Ordinances Update will amend Title 21 (Subdivisions) and Title 22 (Planning and Zoning) of the Los Angeles County Code to 1) update the Density Bonus Ordinance (DBO), 2) update the Affordable Housing Preservation Ordinance (AHPO), 3) update the definitions of various housing types, 4) update the Reasonable Accommodation Ordinance, and 5) insert language where necessary to ensure consistency with Senate Bill (SB) 9.
