The Antelope Valley Area Plan (Plan) was adopted on June 16, 2015, and replaced the previously adopted 1986 Antelope Valley Areawide General Plan. It contains goals and policies that guide future development. As part of the adoption of the Plan, there was also an implementing ordinance and zone changes to create consistency with the Plan.
