LA County Planning is excited to  have been awarded the Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) Grant through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The PRO Housing Grant of $6.7 million aims to promote housing forward policies to increase the availability of affordable housing. Grant funds support efforts to remove land use, zoning, and other barriers that hinder the production and preservation of affordable housing units. As outlined in the Action Plan, the grant will be used for activities related to Infrastructure Planning, Transit Oriented Districts, and Equity/Fair Housing.
