On February 27, 2024, the LA County Board of Supervisors adopted a motion initiating the development of a Historic Resource Survey for the community of Acton. The Historic Resource Survey consists of a Historic Context Statement (HCS), supported by a Communitywide Survey (CWS).
The final Historic Resource Survey was presented at the Historic Landmark and Records Commission Special Meeting on November 8, 2024.
