The Department of Regional Planning for the County of Los Angeles is excited to announce the start of the Florence-Firestone Historic Resources Survey and Historic Context Statement project. This important project will provide the County with essential tools for making informed planning decisions that will promote the preservation of important cultural and historic resources. The Florence-Firestone historic resources project, is a supplemental study of the larger Metro Area Plan (MAP) project.
