If you received a Second Notice of Noncompliance Fee letter, it’s important to work with the Investigating Planner listed in the letter to make sure the fee is paid on time and avoid penalty fees. To pay the noncompliance fee, you have the following options:

• Pay in person at a local field office. Contact us for more information on Field Office locations.
• Mail a check to LA County Planning, Zoning Enforcement, 320 West Temple Street, 13th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Please send a copy of the Second Notice of Noncompliance Fee letter with the check.
• To pay online, contact the Investigating Planner by email or phone number listed in the Second Notice of Noncompliance Fee letter to request an invoice that will allow you to pay online.

If you have resolved the violations when you receive the letter, please contact the Investigating Planner listed in the letter to schedule a reinspection. Any unpaid fees must still be paid to close the case.
