Multifamily Residential Parking Study

On April 16, 2024, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing and approved amendments to Title 22 to modify current requirements on parking for new multifamily housing developments in the County’s unincorporated communities. The proposed modifications to parking take into account changing community needs for personal vehicle parking, enable more plentiful, affordable housing options
