Landmark Village is one of the communities proposed within the Newhall Ranch Specific Plan. This phase of Newhall Ranch incudes approximately 1,444 units; approximately 1 million square feet of commercial, retail and service floor space; 112 lots open space lots including recreation centers, parks, and a trailhead; school; fire station; and park-and-ride.
