The Altadena Community Plan was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on July 10, 1986.

This Community Plan is a guide to direct future development in Altadena. The Plan’s policies focus on maintenance and enhancement of the community’s existing development and resources.

What is a Community Plan?

Community plans cover smaller geographic areas within a larger Planning Area identified by the Los Angeles County 2035 General Plan and address neighborhood and/or community-level policy issues.
