Our project team had the opportunity to work with UCLA Luskin, Masters in Urban Planning Candidate, Ernesto Gonzalez. For his capstone research, he analyzed annexation potential within the East San Gabriel Valley. His findings included a cost benefit analysis, a review of state and local annexation policies, and a land use analysis.
We are very thankful and proud of the great work he completed! His findings add to the background research we are completing on the area.
