Regional Planning Commission recommends approval of SEA Program Update

The SEA Program Update had a Regional Planning Commission public hearing today. The Commission recommended the SEA Program Update to the Board of Supervisors for approval. This was a momentous hearing as the SEA Program Update has been ongoing for almost 20 years. We appreciate the contributions of the planners, members of the public, stakeholders, and environmental professionals over the years. Their efforts have led to a strong and comprehensive SEA Ordinance presented to the Commission today.

You can watch the archived video or read the unofficial transcript of yesterday’s hearing on our Department website.

Thank you for following the SEA Program Update. Please check our SEA website regularly for the upcoming public hearing at the Board of Supervisors.
