The draft SEA Ordinance and Implementation Guide are available for public comment for the 2/27/19 public hearing at Regional Planning Commission. The 30-day public comment period will start on 1/28/19 and end on 2/27/19. Send your comments to sea@planning.lacounty.gov or ichi@planning.lacounty.gov.
