NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY (NOA) OF A DRAFT PROGRAM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (PEIR) & PUBLIC MEETING The NOA for the East San Gabriel Valley Area Plan (ESGVAP) project is available for public review and comment from February 27, 2023 until April 12, 2023. Please see the NOA posted on the following websites in English, Spanish, and Chinese: https://planning.lacounty.gov/site/esgvap/about/project-documents/ or https://planning.lacounty.gov/ceqa/notices PUBLIC MEETING All interested parties are invited to attend the virtual public meeting to discuss environmental issues addressed in the Draft PEIR. The Public Meeting will involve a presentation reviewing the proposed Project, the environmental review process, and schedule. The project’s public meeting will be held virtually, online via Zoom Webinar on Thursday, March 9, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m. The following link will take you to the virtual Scoping Meeting webpage. You may register (with your name and email) at the webpage below before or on the day of the meeting at https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_mo2CoxalTXG_WVWPZil8Pg. Spanish and Chinese interpretation services will be provided the meeting. If interpretation for another language is desired or if a special accommodation is desired pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, please submit a request to commplan@planning.lacounty.gov or (213) 974-6425 at least seven days in advance of the meeting. PUBLIC COMMENTS When submitting written comments, please reference the project name and number and include your contact information. Any comments provided should identify specific topics of environmental concern. Please submit comments by April 12, 2023 at 5:00pm.
