Residents of Lake Los Angeles, Littlerock, Pearblossom, and Sun Village: Your community’s Concept Drafts are available for public comment and we want to hear from you! A Concept Draft is intended to highlight and summarize a community’s intent for a new or updated Community Standards District (CSD). The Concept Drafts are shared with the public to collect feedback and identify future discussion points, alternatives or areas of concern. The CSD ordinance language will be drafted based on the Concept Draft and the comments received so it is important that we hear from you. You can review the drafts on our website by clicking on the Communities tab and selecting your community. From there you can click on the Concept Draft.
We’re inviting you to join us at our Open House for these communities on Saturday, October 26, 2019. Please stop by anytime between 9:30am and 12pm and chat with us. We’ll be there to answer any questions you have and receive your comments.
