Hacienda Heights Community Visioning Workshop

On October 26, the East San Gabriel Valley Area Plan team organized a visioning workshop at Steinmetz Park Senior Center in Hacienda Heights. Over 50 people attended and provided feedback on topics such as transportation, housing, public space, and the local economy.

The workshop encouraged attendees to reflect on elements they valued in their community, such as green space and places for kids to play. Participants were also asked to share some of the issues and opportunities they see within Hacienda Heights.

The Hacienda Heights Workshop was the first of a series of 5 events planned to get feedback from residents throughout the East San Gabriel Valley. For more info and to learn how to participate, read more here: http://planning.lacounty.gov/site/esgvap/join-us-for-community-visioning-workshops/
