The Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning is continuing to move forward with an update to the Los Angeles County Climate Action Plan (CAP). A Notice of Preparation and Initial Study have been released to gather feedback on the scope of the associated Environmental Impact Report (EIR). You are invited to submit written comments with specific concerns about the project’s potential environmental effects.  A 30-day review period starts on January 3, 2022, and ends on February 1, 2022.
