ESGVAP Zoning / Land Use Map Revisions

Since the release of the draft East San Gabriel Valley Area Plan and related draft EIR, revisions to proposed zoning and land use updates have been made to the project maps. These revisions are listed on the project map page.

To view detailed information about all proposed zoning and land use changes, including recent revisions and frequently asked questions, visit the project map page.

ESGVAP Map Application.  Use this map application to view all of the current zone changes and land use amendments proposed as part of the East San Gabriel Valley Area Plan. You may either enter a property address, parcel number, or click on a highlighted property on the map to view the current designation and any proposed changes

ESGVAP Noticing Web Application. You may also use the ESGVAP Noticing Web App to view proposed changes. This application provides the same information but is focused on individual properties.
