HOW DO I REPORT A ZONING VIOLATION?
When reporting a violation please have the following information:
- Location of the property including address and cross streets, and if possible, assessor parcel number (APN).
- Description of the possible violation. Provide as much detail as possible. For example, is the violation in the house, garage, shed, commercial building, etc.
- Provide details of any safety concerns.
- You may provide us your name and contact information to provide you updates. All information remains confidential.

HOW DO I REPORT VIOLATIONS THAT ARE NOT RELATED TO ZONING?
To report violations that are not enforceable by Zoning Enforcement, such as violations within the public right of way (e.g., sidewalks, medians, streets etc.) and contact other County agencies, please see Additional Resources.
