The Antelope Valley Area Plan (Plan) is a comprehensive long-range plan to guide development in the Antelope Valley. The Plan was created to achieve the communities’ shared vision of the future through specific goals, policies, land use and zoning maps, and other planning instruments. The Plan was adopted on June 16, 2015, and replaces the previously adopted 1986 Antelope Valley Areawide General Plan.
