This is the project website for the Antelope Valley Community Standards Districts, or “AV CSDs” Program. This program will create or update local zoning regulations for many communities within unincorporated Antelope Valley.


Board of Supervisors

Updates to the Elizabeth Lake and Lake Hughes Community Standards District, and a new community standards district for the community of Three Points-Liebre Mountain were approved by the Board of Supervisors on January 25, 2022. They will become effective on February 24, 2022.

Southeast Antelope Valley Communities

In the new year, we are transitioning to working on Community Standards Districts for the southeast Antelope Valley communities. Please visit the individual community pages linked below. If you have questions, please feel free to email us at avcsds@planning.lacounty.gov.
