Request for Public Records
In accordance with the California Public Records Act, the County of Los Angeles Department of Regional Planning (DRP) will respond to requests for DRP records and documents, and provide access to DRP records and documents that have been designed public information. DRP will determine within 10 days from the request whether to comply with the request and shall notify the requestor of such determination. In unusual circumstances, the 10-day period may be extended for an additional 14 days upon written notice to the requestor, stating the reason(s) for the extension.
