Southeast Antelope valley
The Southeast Antelope Valley CSD was adopted and came into effect in 2007. The CSD is established to protect and enhance the community’s rural, equestrian, and agricultural character as well as its natural features, including significant ecological areas, flood plains, and desert terrain. The standards contained in this CSD are also intended to ensure reasonable access to public riding and hiking trails, and to minimize the impacts of urbanization.

Public Hearings and Draft
On October 19, 2022, the Regional Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed Southeast Antelope Valley CSD. The draft will be presented to the Board of Supervisors on May 23, 2023. A copy of the draft and hearing materials are available on the Documents page.
