Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)

The Department of Regional Planning released a Solicitation for Statements of Qualifications for Placement on a Prequalified Environmental Consultant List (SOQ). The Department established an official list of prequalified environmental consultants who may be retained for private development projects. The list will remain open; therefore, if any consultant wishes to be placed on the list, they may apply. The Environmental Planning and Sustainability Section is receiving and reviewing these SOQs.

Instructions on how to apply and minimum requirements are found within the SOQ and questionnaire below.
