Department of Regional Planning staff held a rehearsal dinner for committee chairs and co-chairs who will be presenting at the Community Presentation to finalize materials and logistical arrangements, and to rehearse oral presentations, for the Hacienda Heights Community Plan Update Community Presentation. The meeting provided the 14 participants an opportunity to practice their oral presentations, receive constructive comments on their presentation style and content, and provide feedback to each other. Staff explained the Community Presentation logistics, shared draft posters and brochures with participants for their review, and provided tips on public speaking and presenting.
