Proposed Marina del Rey Local Coastal Program Amendments
The Board of Supervisors has directed the Department of Regional Planning to recommend amendments to the Marina del Rey Local Coastal Program (LCP). There would be amendments to the Marina del Rey Land Use Plan concerning land development entitlement procedures of the Design Control Board (DCB) and the Regional Planning Commission (RPC). The recommended amendments would also affect Marina del Rey Specific Plan, provisions governing administrative procedures of the DCB and of the RPC with respect to the review of development proposals.
