One-Stop Meeting Appointments
To make an appointment for a One-Stop meeting, please do the following:- Complete the application. (PDF)
- Scan and attach the completed application and email it to us.
- Send payment immediately. The payment must be received at least 5 business days before your One-Stop meeting day OR it will be cancelled.
- Make checks or money orders payable to Los Angeles County.
Application Filing Appointments
To make an appointment for a discretionary application, please do the following:- Complete the application and prepare ALL information/material requested on the checklists.
- Email us to request an appointment. State your preferred day and time.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your scheduled appointment.
- To reschedule or cancel, please email us.
On-Line Application Filing for ABC Referral, Business License Referral, DMV Referral, Rebuild Letter
To file these applications, please do the following:- Complete the application.
- Scan and attach the completed application and email it to us.
- The payment for Business License Referral and Rebuild Letter must be received within 5 business days of your email OR it will be cancelled.
- Make checks or money orders payable to Los Angeles County.
