Community Climate Action Plan (CCAP)

The Community Climate Action Plan, which was adopted in 2015, describes the County’s plan to reduce the impacts of climate change by reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from community activities in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County by at least 11% below 2010 levels by 2020.

CCAP Implementation Ordinances

The Department of Regional Planning, working collaboratively with other County Departments, is developing CCAP Implementation Ordinances for Title 22 (Zoning Ordinance) of the County Code. Please visit the CCAP Implementation Ordinances page for more information.

General Plan Annual Progress Report

Government Code Section 65400 requires that local jurisidictions submit an annual report on the implementation status of the General Plan. For recent General Plan Annual Progress Reports, which include updates on progress on CCAP implementation, please visit the General Plan Resources page.
