Case & Hearing Information

The Department of Regional Planning (DRP) and the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) are responsible for advising the County Board of Supervisors on all planning matters in the unincorporated areas, including countywide and community-specific plans. RPC and Hearing Officers hold public hearings and make decisions on private development entitlements, such as tentative maps and conditional use permits.
